Refund & Returns Policy

At Hemphub.store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your Right to Cancel

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to cancel your purchase for any reason. To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at admin@hemphub.store with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Please send returns to the address provided in your cancellation confirmation email. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products where the seal has been broken or the product has been opened, unless the item is faulty.

Late or Missing Refunds
