Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. All orders are processed and dispatched from the UK.

Delivery Times

Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days — £3.99
Free Delivery: On all orders over £30
Express Delivery: 1–2 working days — £6.99

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel via the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at admin@hemphub.store or call +44 7714 573355. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.

Age Verification

All CBD products are restricted to customers aged 18 and over. We reserve the right to request age verification upon delivery. If age cannot be verified, the order will be returned and a refund issued minus shipping costs.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our delivery options in the future.
